INTRODUCING WHATSAPP CAMPAIGNS, NOW ON THRIVE 📱

Send campaigns, order notifications, create templates and more! 🛒

Now, you can engage with your customers on WhatsApp, directly from Thrive's Business Dashboard.

In the marketing section on your dashboard under campaigns, apart from SMS and emails, you now have room to tap into more than 500 million + WhatsApp users in India! 📞

Here are a few ways in which you can use your WhatsApp Business account to focus on customer acquisition and retention -

  • Send order notifications from your registered WhatsApp Business Account. This means customers will now receive order notifications from an account with your restaurant's name, and not Thrive
  • Create templates for campaigns
  • Schedule and send out personalised and blanket campaigns to your customer base
  • Auto engage with customers based on certain triggers
  • You can now set up offer-based abandoned cart notifications from the auto engage section (this feature will be auto-implemented, and available for FREE irrespective of your TMS subscription!)

How should you get started? 👀

Getting started is simple!

  1. Reach out to our success team at ops@hashtagloyalty.com to get your WhatsApp Business account set up.
  2. If you have a WhatsApp Business account already, reach out to them anyway and get that linkage going!
  3. Once that's done, your order notifications will be synced to go out via your WhatsApp Business account.
  4. You can now start sending WhatsApp messages around offers, new items, seasonal content, and more with your customers!
  5. Simply navigate to Thrive's Marketing Suite on your Business Dashboard.
  6. There, you will see the option to create WhatsApp templates. There are certain parameters for the template you will need to follow, as mentioned in our Help Centre.
  7. Once approved, start creating campaigns by selecting WhatsApp as your mode of communication!
