You Can Now Define Limited Time Availability For Items On Your Menu! 🪅

With the festive season creeping up, Thrive's here for all those who have special items on their menu. From modaks to laddoos, we're here to accommodate all seasonal requests.

This can be done via your menu editor on your business dashboard. For more details on how to set this up for individual items, click here.

Out Of Stock or Unavailable? Don't Stress, Just Come Back Later! 👋🏻

All unavailable items from the Business Dashboard will still be showcased on your menu! They'll have an 'unavailable' sign next to them, so customers know they're still a part of your offerings and can check in with you on availability. They will only appear as 'available' once you make the change from your Business Dashboard.

From your Order Dashboard, if you toggle off a few items, they'll have an 'out of stock' sign next to them, so customers know they should come back and check the next day. This is something you have to check on daily.

Opt-in for WhatsApp Business, FREE!

We're offering the first 100 brands free onboarding onto WhatsApp's Business platform. Currently, your order notifications go via Thrive, if you opt-in, these order notifications will go directly via your brand's name and phone number.

You can run promotional and automated campaigns and even abandoned cart notifications from this number. If you don't have a business number already, we can provide one for you. This number will be free for the first three months.

If you opt-in, we’ll manage your onboarding onto WhatsApp Business, help provide a WhatsApp Business number as well as the Facebook verification process. Customers can chat directly with your business number! If you're keen, write to our support, click here.
